ALLEN RS 500 European
Championships
- the RS 500 is one of the
best selling high-performance RS classes and is
making many new friends in Europe. As a
single-trapeze youth boat it combines the best of
the 420 and 29er, yet it transcends the usual
transition at age 19 with a specification, handling
and performance that appeals to adult racers too so
that all ages compete successfully together.
There were 15 RS 500s racing at the first European
event in 2008 and we look forward to seeing more
than double that number at the 2009 event -

ALLEN RS Feva European
Championships
- the RS Feva, the best selling two-person sailboat
in recent years, has been winning accolades from
around the world: ISAF International Class; RYA
recognised class in the UK; Pathway status in
Ireland; Supported Class status in Sweden; Supported
by the Danish Sailing Federation; Coup de Coeurs in
France . . . but most of all, if you are aged
between 10 and 16, there's simply nothing to match
the fun and excitement of big fleet racing in a Feva
and chilling out with your friends afterwards.
The World Championships in Sweden in 2008 was the
biggest Feva event ever attracting over 100
competitors from nine countries . . . naturally we
want to beat that record and hope to see even more
sailors at the ALLEN RS Europeans in 2009 - to enter

ALLEN RS Tera European
Championships
- the RS Tera is a rapidly growing ISAF Recognised
Class, fast, fun and the ice-cool way into
single-handed sailing for youngsters from 30kg
upwards and under 16 years of age.
The Tera has taken off in Europe with 50 competitors
at the first World Championships in Sweden in 2008,
including some of the best young sailors from
Denmark, Great Britain, Italy, Norway, Sweden and
Turkey. Expectations are running high for the ALLEN
RSEuropeans in 2009 - to enter simply

As the provisional programme shows it will be
possible to enter more than one championships during
the regatta fortnight and we hope that as many
sailors as possible will stay for the full two weeks
to enjoy racing RS-style in Lake Garda.
